lazy, stomach nausea, sometimes vomiting, lazy eating and others. Anyway, one

To reduce pain during menstruation, there are a few

menstruation schedule we would have felt if a few more days we menstruation.

merasakan perutnya sakit ketika menstruasi.
Bagi sebagian besar wanita yang merasakan hal
seperti itu pasti sudah tidak asing mendengarnya.yups benar...
Bagaimana sih rasanya???????
woooowwww,,,,,,,,,rasanya sangat tidak enak.
Yang saya rasakan saat itu yaitu ketika mau
beraktivitas rasanya malas, perut mual, kadang juga sampai muntah, malas makan
dan lain-lain. Pokoknya satu hari itu benar-benar menyakitkan.
Untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri saat menstruasi, ada
sedikit tips buat kalian yang merasakan hal yang sama seperti yang saya
rasakan. Biasanya kalau sudah mendekati jadwal menstruasi kita pasti sudah
merasa kalau beberapa hari lagi kita menstruasi. Benar atau tidak?????
Rasa takut akan sakitnya saat menstruasi pasti ada.
Sebenarnya pada saat itu kamu bisa melakukan usaha supaya nyeri saat menstruasi
sedikit berkurang. Pertama, dengan olahraga yang ringan, misalnya senam. Untuk
kamu yang tidak tahu gerakan senam, santai saja. Kalian dapat mencari di
internet. Di internet banyak disediakan berbagai macam gerakan senam. Kalian
dapat memilih gerakan yang mudah yang kalian sukai.
Kedua, dengan makan makanan dan minum minuman yang
banyak mengandung kalsium. Makanan dan minuman yang mengandung kalsium dapat
mengurangi rasa sakit.
Untuk kalian yang masih tetap merasakan sakit,
kalian dapat mengurangi rasa itu dengan menggunakan botol yang diisi air
hangat. Botol yang diisi air hangat tersebut diletakkan diatas perut yang
sakit, digerakkan keatas dan kebawah sampai nyerinya berkurang. Jika air yang
ada dalam botol sudah agak dingin, ganti dengan yang hangat lagi.
